With over 20 years in top executive roles within the luxury industry, she believes that people drive growth and has a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture where creativity, innovation and success can thrive.  

A British national, with Indian/German heritage, and having lived, worked, and studied across the globe, Ursula holds qualifications from HEC and Neoma business schools in France as well as the University of Cambridge in the UK. She is also a qualified leadership coach with experience coaching CEO’s and Executive Committee members around the world. 

Renowned for her authentic, empathetic, and multicultural approach, she combines strategic business insights, people psychology and coaching methods in order to achieve the best from people and contribute to the Group’s success.
